A clear path to understanding tarot — from personal insight to confident reading.
The “No Fear” Tarot Learning Series removes the overwhelm of memorizing 78 cards by teaching a simple framework that blends structure, life experience, and intuitive understanding. Each level builds naturally, allowing you to explore tarot for personal awareness, develop reading skills, and — if desired — grow into offering readings for others.
You may take each level individually or follow the full learning path. Select your level or choose all three for savings!

🌱 Level 1 — Tarot Foundations: Numerology, Suits & Major Arcana
Insights for the Self

A welcoming introduction to tarot focused on personal awareness and understanding the structure behind the cards.
Rather than memorizing meanings, you’ll learn the core building blocks that make tarot logical and intuitive. This level explores how tarot reflects life experiences and stages of personal growth.

🔮 Level 2 — Tarot Practice: Minor Arcana, Court Cards & Simple Layouts
Reading for Self and Others

6:30 to 8:30pm
2 hours · $40 per person
This level brings tarot into practical use by exploring everyday card meanings and learning simple reading methods. You’ll begin interpreting cards and practicing readings for yourself and others in a relaxed, supportive setting.
In this class you will explore:
The Minor Arcana — Everyday Life Experiences
•    Understanding individual card meanings
•    Seeing the story within each suit
Court Cards — Personalities & Roles
•    Character expressions and behavioral patterns
•    Recognizing people and energies in readings
Simple Tarot Layouts

This level deepens interpretation skills and prepares you to offer tarot readings for others in public or service settings...or just for your personal Tarot journey! You’ll explore more advanced layouts, stronger interpretation techniques, and how to deliver meaningful readings with clarity and confidence.
In this class you will explore:
Expanded Tarot Layouts
•    More complex spreads and reading structures
•    Choosing layouts for different questions
Card Relationships & Interpretation
•    Understanding patterns and themes
•    Seeing the larger story within a reading
•    Communicating insights clearly
Reading as a Service
•    Creating a supportive reading experience

As a small education center, The Purple Door and our instructors rely on the registration process. If the minimum number of registrations is not met, the class will be cancelled/rescheduled and refunds provided. There are no refunds for registrant cancellations within 48 hours of class time; or for no-shows.
