Workshop Description

This experiential workshop supports participants in reconnecting with their inner confidence, releasing limiting beliefs, and stepping into a more empowered, aligned version of themselves.

Through guided reflection, journaling, gentle dialogue, and a calming visualization, attendees will gain insight, clarity, and practical tools for self-trust and personal growth within a warm, supportive environment.

Ideal for individuals seeking greater self-confidence, navigating change, or feeling ready to reconnect with their voice, worth, and inner strength.

Scheduling/Cancellation/Refund Policy:
As a small education center, The Purple Door and our instructors rely on the registration process. If the minimum number of registrations is not met, the class will be cancelled/rescheduled and refunds provided. There are no refunds for registrant cancellations within 48 hours of class time; or for no-shows.
