Curious about different kinds of Energy Healing and tools we can use to improve our lives?

This interactive one-hour discussion introduces concepts of the energy that makes up our world, the human energy field, different Energy Healing paths, and the importance of our connection between mind and body.  Participants will explore their own energy field and several tools that can be used to empower self-healing with intention, sound, and crystals.   

This session offers a welcoming introduction to spiritual and “new age” perspectives using clear, grounded language that bridges science and personal experience.

In this session we will explore:

• What is meant by spiritual or universal energy
• Awareness of our own energy field - aura
• How we can tap in to universal energy to offer healing
• Discussion of various existing healing paths
• Demonstration of a selection of healing tools
• Open discussion and questions
• Free 10 minute sample healing
