This interactive one-hour discussion introduces foundational ideas about energy, consciousness, and the connection between mind, awareness, and physical experience. Participants explore how attention and intention influence everyday life and observe demonstrations of energy in action using tools such as pendulums and dowsing rods.

This session offers a welcoming introduction to spiritual and “new age” perspectives using clear, grounded language that bridges science and personal experience.

In this session we will explore:

• What is meant by spiritual or universal energy
• The connection between awareness, thought, and experience
• How intention influences perception and behavior
• Demonstrations of energy in motion (pendulum and dowsing rods)
• Open discussion and questions

No prior experience or beliefs required.
