Many people explore ideas like energy, intuition, vibration, mindfulness, or spiritual growth—but often without a clear framework for understanding how these concepts relate to everyday life.

This class offers a grounded and reflective approach to exploring the relationship between Consciousness, Energy, Mind, and Experience.

Using simple yet meaningful concepts, we’ll explore:

  • how inner state influences outer experience
  • the role of intention, mindset, and emotional balance
  • what creates a sense of alignment, clarity, and connection
  • and how ancient spiritual ideas may relate to modern human experience

This is an open and thoughtful exploration for those seeking a more grounded understanding of spirituality, consciousness, and the human experience.

As a small education center, The Purple Door and our instructors rely on the registration process. If the minimum number of registrations is not met, the class will be cancelled/rescheduled and refunds provided. There are no refunds for registrant cancellations within 48 hours of class time; or for no-shows.
