Humaning is Hard!! We sometimes store difficult emotions in our physical bodies. Learn how to recognize, and release some of your pain and blockages. We will work with guided experiences to locate areas in need of healing, explore their sources, and choose to illuminate and heal them. This is amazing self-care! Bring a journal.
