Please bring something to sit on unless you are comfortable with sitting on the ground.  Masks are required in consideration of everyone’s best health.

So often I’ve heard, ‘I know I need to meditate but I don’t know how or where to begin.’, ‘I’ve tried on my own but I just can’t.’, ‘ Where can I go to meditate?’, ‘Do you teach a meditation class?’, and lately, ‘Would you teach one?’

Join me on the first Sunday of each month (or selected date) at 10:00am for a guided meditation. Each month will have a different focus for the meditation. I may guide it or I may find a set meditation to guide all of us. Dress comfortably and bring blankets or mats if you wish to sit or lay on the floor. Chairs will be available for you to use.

As you’ve heard me say, ‘if I can do it so can you!’
So let’s Ground, Center and Breathe together.

All levels of experience welcome, as well as all ages.

Donations will be gratefully received to cover the cost of the space.
