We will discuss various pressure points for self-treatment of elements, such as back pain, headaches, anxiety, depression, and more. We will practice finding these points and bringing balanced energy to our body. Followed by a self-treatment class. Class fee includes Rose Quartz wand to enhance self love and healing while applying pressure.
ABOUT NICOLE: Nicole has been a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. With her growing passion for anatomy and patient care, she furthered her education and became a NYS Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018. She is also a Level 2 certified Reiki practitioner.
