NeuroArt is a technique of drawing freeform lines or “neuro lines" meant to enable a meditative connection between the conscious and unconscious. When we do something creative, especially in art, it reduces stress and encourages the production of dopamine in our brain, promoting a feeling of satisfaction, pleasure, and accomplishment, and leaves us feeling motivated. Denise will show you how to draw, color, and complete this art form piece to take home and enjoy. All materials are included.
